Is there a way so that I can have two operators logged in from the same computer on the same server?
I need that as my support department is also acting as Sales after working hours.

No, that's not possible.
Actually, it's not neccessary as your operator account can be member of both departments at the same time. Hope this helps.

The problem is that the employees dont belong on both departments, They are just replacing Sales as one department is 24/7 and Sales only works until 6. I don't want the other department to get Sales chats before 6
