I really don't see a good solution for restricting users to only the US and Canada. Does anyone have a workable solution that is easy to implement?

We see a lot of users coming to the site that are from other countries. We don't want any other country coming to the site other than these two countries. This will help to cut down on the spam we get and hopefully protect us from bot coming from foreign countries wishing to cause harm to our company.

Thoughts?
