Now in order to force a language into my localised websites, I must have separate groups for each language. Each operator that can chat on that language is added on that group and for example in my Arabic website I force the Arabic language for Arabic group.

It could be great if skills were added so that I will only have one group for Sales with people using different languages according to their skill.
