Also, we had styled our current live chat with basically overwriting the images with a new one, and added some Javascript.
My question is, why does all web browsers are having a hard time showing the new images? In fact, we actually tried to clear the cache and cookies of the web browser.
Thanks. Hope to hear from you guys soon.

Hi,
I am sending quite a few messages now in your support area, using my customer ID login.
But unfortunately haven't heard from your support team yet.
Anyway I want to clear this as well:
From a user's point of view, after 10/12 months or whatever,
how do I keep track on all my data? If ever I will do an update again on your upcoming patch let's say a major update 5.x??
What are your suggestions to us? We want all reports to be consistently backed-up, including visitors, operator's availability.
Thanks, your reply is much appreciated

1.) the MySQL database
2.) the files of the LiveZilla Server.
3.) the local files under your personal folder (my documents) / livezilla
Point 3 is optional but recommended as well.

OK, the following are quite unclear on our part:
* New: Individual Queue Waiting Message for groups
* New: Clickable search phrase in visitor view
This is the most intriguing part, kindly explain what's the use and how to use it?
* New: Full chat listing (see all chats on the server) with detailed information
Thanks a lot for your help. hope to hear from you soon.

Appreciate that! :)
In the client's visitor monitoring panel you can find a column showing the search phrase (which is clickable).
this search phrase has been keyed in by the user definitely, is this coming from the website search function if it has one? or the phrase would come from some search engine page and directed into your website? and eventually this phrase will be shown in the client?
Can I also ask what a 'referrer' is? on the client? and how 'Open Referrer' tab works.
Thanks.
