I am having the issue with the discount coupon upgrade of my premium to the new version. It is says it doesn't recognize it or it has been used already. We had tried to put it in and worked through the cart, but decided at the last minute to wait a bit longer. We are now ready to purchase and we are having problems with this coupon being recognized. I have cleared the browser cache and still no success. I even put in a support ticket and have not heard anything back in two days. I hope support is better than this when we purchase the full version.
