Hi,
We need to change these to something more relevant like 'Knowledge' and 'Helpfulness'. I have changed langen-gb.php etc. under _languages folder in the Server which is great for chat visitors but want a way to change this in the LiveZilla Client as this still says 'Qualification' and 'Politeness' which is confusing for Representatives and Managers.
Does anyone know of a workaround or can this be added as a new feature please?

Unfortunately, these strings are hard-coded, you cannot change them. I am sorry.
