I've been noticing in my tests that LiveZilla have used too much bandwidth for data at rest, and for days, but not thoroughly checked. This account is beating gigabit over one day.
Do you have any idea what might be causing this traffic :?:
Look 1 hour test, 107MB! :!:

AND Test on-line / off-line:

 PS. Another thing I noticed is how the audio file for new chats. I preblemas in some installations, where the address of the audio file was divergent from the folder where you installed the version 4.0.1.2, especially for machines that have already installed other versions of the client. Especially on machines where the previous installation was made out of the default folder "LiveZilla." Although it is possible to modify it manually, you might expect some confusion / loss of calls, until the observation of the problem in a particular machine, especially when they are not centralized in one physical location.
Thanks
Version 4.0.1.2 much data traffic, constantly +-1mbps

is it? my tests were carried out at night with less than 2 visitors browsing the site, and I just logged into the system operator, he seemed more life is to synchronize the same information, can not see how livezila need to transfer 100mb / hour indefinitely . 1 day = 24 hours = 2.4GB transfer LiveZilla. :?:

...Note that this value is quoted from my machine and not the servidorr, so if I have 5 users logged in LiveZilla this value is multiplied by 5 on the server, which already consumes more than 5MB of your bandwidth...

I disabled the reports and my connection was back to normal, I tried several times to reset the reports, simply does not work. I migrated to version 3.4 beta 4.0.1.2. I have about 400 visits per day, after resetting the reports seemed to have returned to normal but after a few days the problem returned. :?

I can tell you that the statistics and reports is used on website with 50.000+ users pay day so 400 is not a problem at all.
I am not aware of this problem and there are currently no other reports about it so I think that your MySQL database or one of the local databases was messed up. Is there anything you did that may have caused this, like restoring a backup, moving to another server ...
I can offer to track down this issue for you if you provide me with access to the affected installation (MySQL,FTP,LiveZilla Operator Account).
Thanks.
