hi all
After successfully installed the livezilla server/client, when user visit my website it shown on visitor monitoring.
If i choose visitor and try the "Invite to Chat" or "Website Push" I am getting an error message that THE FUNCTION IS NOT AVAILABLE FOR THE SELECTED USER (user has javascript deactivated)
kindly assist me

Is it possible that you have deactivated javascript in your browser?

i am using chrome / filezilla..
both are activated with Javascript

This only happens when javascript is deactivated. Feel free to post the browser and the browser version where it does not work.

The LiveZilla keeps giving the same error in invitations to chat. I'm testing with browsers IE8, Firefox 16.0.2 and Chrome 22.0.1229.94m
All have javascript enabled. My version of LiveZilla is 3.3.2.2
I'm very inclined to switch to the paid version at 4x but first I would like to know if I will be able to resolve this problem as it is a function often used by operators.
