In the Reports:
Operator availability isnt working
Average chat duration is giving a overall chat duration rather than an average
Operator availability in the days isnt working
and another statistic that would be useful would be some like average waiting time in queue if applies, overall and per operator
is this fixed in 4.X?

I am not aware of these problem, we don't have any other reports about this so I guess that
1.) There's an incompatibility with your webserver configuration
and/or
2.) You server side installation is messed up for some reason
We did some improvements in the area of statistics and reports in 4.x but I don't think that these will cover your issues as we didn't know about them.
If you are able to reproduce the problem on a fresh server side installation (3.x or 4.x) I can offer to debug the problem if you are willed to provide us with FTP/MySQL access.
