Dear Ladies and Gentlemen,
If our customers click the livazilla chat button on our website, customers must enter theire data ( pic. 1 )
(Name, email, company name ...) Which file must be changed so that no input is required and get the customer directly to the customer advisor, just when they click the chatbutton ? ( pic. 2 )
Unfortunalety our customers levae the site, just when they see, that an entry is necessery.

You could do it like this:
1.) Create a new chat button
2.) Under advanced -> Parameters you specify a name, eg. "Guest"
3.) Under advanced -> Parameters you check Chat starts instantly ...

Unfortunately we cant find any point with "advance" ( in german = Erweiterung )
We use the version 3.3.2.2
what is wrong with me ?

LiveZilla Server Admin -> Link Generator -> Erweitert -> Parameter
