I have just completed the installation on LiveZilla. The chat seems to work without any issues. But I am having a problem when the support is offline and the user leaves a message. I never receive any emails or hear any sounds.
In Server Admin under User Management I have the correct email defined. What else needs to be set in order for users to send me email messages?
