Hello,

I have been reading all your forum answers and tried everything myself so please forgive the apparent redundancy, although you may be used to it.

I have been able to translate easily everything to spanish except anything related to the actual Chat window(both when the visitor clicks the "live chat" button, or when a chat operator invites the visitor to chat)

I have downloaded the latest translations and saved them, I have also gone to Admin->Server Config->Edit Translations and I see everything there is properly translated.

My partial solution for the chat window: I have been able to manually translate "Name", "Company" and "Your Question" by changing the Captions in Admin->Server Config->Edit Inputs.

But I have not been able to translate the following:
1) "Start Chat" title and buttons
2) "Chat Invitation" title when a chat operator invites a visitor to a chat session.
3) "Your Name" when a chat operator invites a visitor to a chat session.
4) The chat window automatic messages such as "System is getting started. [Monday, October 03, 2011 11:29:00 AM]...A representative will be connected, please be patient."

Thank you for your help -> here's the site if you would like to see it: memorymail.co

Alan
