I'm looking for a system where the site visitor can enter a question before any chat is initiated. Individual operators can then see the question and subsequently decide whether or not to respond to it.
Is this something that LiveZilla is able to do? I'm new to LiveZilla, so apologies if this is already a feature!

Why don't you create mandatory field for a specific group?

Use server Administration --> User managment --> Groups (open specific group) --> Chat login inputs ... there you set Question for mandatory
