I am noticing that when a visitor visits the chat page, they could be on for a minute, and right back off, but livezilla will show them on the page for like up to 15 minutes. How can it be set so if they visit the contact us page, it automatically notifies me someone is on the page, but then if they go off the next second, it will take them back off soon as they leave the page and not minutes later?

Unfortunately, modern browser still do not support (delayed) onclose events. Therefor, we have to work with timeouts.
