Automatic Chat Invitation sent to online guests

I created 1 even in LiveZilla and set up 5 or 6 urls, so when a visitor to my site goes to one of those 6 urls, it should automatically trigger a chat invitation that drops down from the top of the screen.

However, in the visitors tab, there is an icon that is supposed to light up when a chat invitation is sent to the visiting user on the page. However, I only see this icon light up when I am visiting the page, but NOT when anyone else is visiting the page.

How can I set it up, so that way when ANY visiting users visits my contact page or any page for that matter, it will pop up a chat invitation box to them on their window?
