So I read through the 8 pages of results for 500 errors and they usually revolve around PHP or MySQL errors.
It also seemed that all the 500 errors where involving the initial setup.
I am having a different issue.
I keep getting a 500 error when I try to create a new user. Now I understand that this could be a MySQL error, and yes I have checked the permissions and verified that the MySQL database exists.
Connecting to and testing the server against the database works.
Anyone know why I cant create a user? Just guessing the I have a MySQL problem here but some help getting it fixed would be appreciated. Thanks!
Error:
The Remote Server returned an error: (500) Internal Server Error.
Further Information:
Changes could not be saved.
500 error when creating a new user only.

However, in most cases it's related to wrong CHMOD settings:

Ok, I am very sorry that I even posted this in the first place.
I swear that I checked the permissions of that folder before I posted the original question, but I checked again just to make sure, and my permissions had not stuck.
I gave permissions to write to those folders and everything is working again.
Thank you again for suggesting that I re-look at my permissions and I am sorry for posting yet another question that I had already looked up the answer too.
I am now one of the people that I hate that post duplicate questions... lol.
