I think it would be VERY effective to allow users to "tag" or identify users. This would be very successful for tracking e-commerce use.
Example.
I am on the phone with a user and can clearly tell which user I am talking to. They have not chatted me or are unlikely to chat me, in which case, I can see the users' name upon subsequent visits.
I would like to right click --> Tag User --> 'Firstname, email'.
The user returns and I see column 'user tags' and can sort by my tagged users.
Let's do it!

Thanks for your suggestion. I've added it to our list.

Is there a chance to get this feature in the next release?
It is high priority for a client of mine running your solution. They are actively seeking this feature, whether it be on livezilla or another chat/real-time tracking analysis tool. I'd prefer to keep using your solution as I find it very easy to work with!!
Can we add to 4.0.0.0? Thanks, let me know.
I would pony up a few bucks even to expedite it.

Yes, exactly what I came here to request.
I also need to tag my visitors.
A field where we can enter name or similar would be perfect. So we can identify them upon next visit.

No, I am sorry, we had to delay this feature.
Please understand that our development is completely user driven and there are other features that have been requested much more over the last months.
This feature is still on our list but there's current no release date for it.
Thanks.
