When my support employees are out-of-office, the chat icon on the website correctly displays "Offline".
If a user clicks the offline icon, a popup appears, giving the user the ability to enter an offline message into a form.
My feature request is:
Instead of showing the offline message form, I want to be able to specify an URL that is being called (non-javascript, if possible) instead.
Background
Since we are having a support forum, I want the users to visit the forum upon chat-offline-times and not open a second support channel with these offline messages.
Best regards
Uwe

Hi.
My question is related to the topic.
I see how to redirect user to a URL when status is offline, under Server Configuration > Offline Messages.
However, how do we customize/set a different URL per group? Or in our case, Group 1 will redirect to a URL while Group 2 will use Livezilla Offline Messages.
Thanks.

Unfortunately, that's not possible at this time.
