I am using wordpress and using the tracking code in the header.php file... I would like to exclude a few pages on the site from being tracked because sales guys for the company use the forms on these pages and there is no need for the operators to hear the chime or try to initiate chat with them..

Is there a way to exclude pages?

I tried just pasting the code in the html mode and the actual WordPress pages but it does not seem to track when I do that

Thanks..

You can set an exclusion under Filters from within the LiveZilla Client.

After you identify your sales folks by having them connect, be sure to create the filter using User-ID. I recommend setting it as blacklist, expiration unchecked (never expires).

This is the quickest way to exclude these individuals.
