you need install the Net framework 2.0 to run LiveZilla on you operational system.
it's easy to install, simply go when asked

After installing Net Framework rerun the installer and then install the LiveZilla program!

Find on google, download net framework 2 and instal it. after you run install livezilla

an easier alternative is to goto
http://windowsupdate.microsoft.com
and make sure your PC has ALL the windows updates (even the optional ones), as the .Net framwork has been a part of windows updates for many years now. the framwork is presently upto version 4 so i would suggest ensuring your PC is up-to date and the .net framwork will be installed automatically as the updates get applied.
