Hola, bueno pues me gustaria saber como paso la llamada que me realiza una persona pero si esa llamada no corresponde al departamento al que está llamando, pasarlo al departamento correcto. ¿Como lo hago?

Hi, well as I would like to know how to pass the call that makes me a person but if that call does not correspond to the department you are calling, pass the correct department. How do I do?

What I want is that when calling an operator and if the operator considers that it is the right department, "divert" the call to the correct department
