Hi everybody,

(I'm french, sorry for my bad english).

I've tried to install filezilla on my website and I've tried the two options : FTP upload by LiveZilla or using FTP client (FileZilla) >>>>> When I click on "Server test" I have an error 403 ! Obviously, when I continue my database parameters don't work because of the problem of the ftp. My website is hosted by OVH.

Permissions are Ok.

Please help me.

Have a good night.

XeoVegaS.

Yes, I can open the website and I see "LiveZilla demo chat etc..." so I have put "www" when I test and nothing But server test always fails.

Other reasons / possible problems:
Security modules likes mod_security, phpsuexec may restrict LiveZilla from working properly. You will have to get in touch with your host in order to get further information.

Is OVH known to have this modules ?

How can I know if they have this modules ? Just contact them or search a specific file in the FTP ?

My .htaccess who set the php version is in the root.

I have to put the line which change de php version in the LiveZilla's .htaccess ?

The line est something like that : SET_PHP VER 5

Thanks, have a good day.

I have resolved my problem myself, so if you are hosted by OVH (in France), don't forget to execute Server Test with Proxy (in options).

Thanks, have a good night.

Hi !
My website is also hosted by OVH, the CHMOD are 755 for all LiveZilla files
Could you explain the Proxy settings ??
Thanks !

En français:
Bonjour
Je ne comprends pas comment paramétrer le PROXY pour créer de nouveaux Users
(j'ai lu qu'il valait mieux éviter d'utiliser l'admin pour les chats externes)
Merci
