Client pop up and not full page?

Hello,

I forgot how and I can't seem to see the setting.

When a client clicks on the chat button it does the pop up and not redirect to the full screen.

Can anyone refresh my memory please.

The chat button is not supposed to show on full screen. However, you can set the size under LiveZilla Server Admin -> Server Configuration -> Web Client

If you are talking about the offline messages, here you go: LiveZilla Server Admin -> Server Configuration -> Offline Messages

Hello thank you, but I am not being clear.

I mean when a client clicks the live chat button it takes him to the full page to chat and not the pop up. I want it to just pop up as so.

I just can't find the setting.

Ok, thanks for making this more clear.

Please recreate the chat button code and make sure that you have select Javascript as script type this time. That should fix it.
