Hello,

How can i retrieve the current operators name ? I would like to run a script that changes the buttons depending on the operator name.
Theres no easy way doing it in javascript because of the nested frames in the template.
Hope somebody can point me in the right direction.

I am not sure if this way is easy for but this need to be done using the LiveZilla API like we do on our website.

I looked at the Livezilla API. My only problem is how can i identify the operator from the chat window? The API function retrieves all of the operators name. Because i need to to search for some information in the database depending on the operators name, and then display it in the chat window.
