We had a previous installation of LiveZilla. Due to upgardes and new computers we deleted everything and reinstalled LiveZilla on the server. I can connect to the program on one computer with either the Server Admin or Client connection.

But on another computer that previously had just the Client installed we keep getting a message that the log in information is not correct.

I did install the client on a laptop (that had no previously installation of Livezilla) and had no problems.

Do I need to install the entire package on that computer? Or should I just try and uninstall the client again and start with a fresh install?

Thanks!

I have livezilla installed and it has been working fine for a couple of weeks but all of a sudden it has been offline and when I try to login I get the error code 141 or that I am already logged in but I can't figure out how I am as I currently only have it installed on one computer. Assistance would be greatly appreciated as I am trying to launch my site and need to have this running. Thanks! :)

Please make sure that you are using the latest version of LiveZilla.

If that's already the case, please try empty the livezilla MySQL table "operators" on your webserver.
