On a 10" notebook, you can't see the "start chat" button.
How / where do you resize the top of the chat.php window so it is only half as tall please?
If I shrink the top part of the page and resize carrier_header.gif the start chat button might be seen

This will be fixed in the next update. You will have scrollbars then.
