I'm having some difficulty with the chat invitation header. I had it set to a graphic that was 400x80 large and it was running off the right side of the chat window. When I fixed the graphic so that it was 300x80 (optimal size) it still shows the old graphic in the header of the chat invitation box, even though it shows the correct graphic when I check it in the Livezilla Configuration tool. Any idea how to fix this problem?
The other thing I was wondering is where I find the graphic file for the male default icon that displays when a visitor requests a chat session. I would like to use it instead of the default female icon that gets used for the chat operator.

Using 4.1 release can we change agent icon in the chat window - either default or assign individuals?
