Hello all,
How do I set up goals in new premium option statistics & reports?

Please create one or more goals under LiveZilla Client -> Statistics -> Goals (the Blue-White-Red icon next to the period selection box) first. Once you have created one or more goals, you need to create an event which leads to the achivement of the goal(s). Create the event under LiveZilla Client -> Events. Specify the trigger criterias you like to have for this event and switch to the Goals tab. Check all goals which should be achived when the event is triggered. The Goals will now be part of the daily, monthly and yearly report.

Hmm sorry Derek once again but I really can't find any option in livezilla client. I checked also Admin no such option (btw, I bought it an hour ago :) ).

Which version do you use? You need LiveZilla 3.3.x.x or greater.

Ok, then please read what I wrote above. I already explained where to find it in 3.3.X.X.

Ok Derek thank you but I just can't find it.
On the top menu there is System, View, Extras & Help.
Just under it Reports.

Bottom part I click report tabs, there is a circle there I click it for goals and it opens a new window. I click new, it just allows to write title and description. That's all.

Is there something wrong with my client or I am just real dump that I can't see it? I seriously can't find that Statistics menu. :(

Statistics menu? I never mentioned a statistics menu. Did you read what i wrote above? Everything else needs to be set up under events.
