Hi,
We are facing problem on the newly formatted machine, the chat logout/login per 30 seconds.. when I check the log I get :-
11/15/2010 8:42:27 PM: Invalid session (connection was broken for too long, reconnect needed)
11/15/2010 8:42:28 PM: Logout successful
11/15/2010 8:42:29 PM: Login successful: logged in as XXXX XXX (XXXX)
can you please let me know how get this resolved.

Thanks for reporting. Unfortunately, we don't have a solution to this problem as we are not able to reproduce it on our servers.
Feel free to provide a working FTP login targeting to the folder of your LiveZilla installation and we will try to debug it directly on your server. Without having access to an affected installation there is not much we can do. Thanks.

I have the same problem. We have many operators, but only two have this problem.

I have the same problem in version 4.0.1.2.
lookink the file "_log\debug.txt" i found this message:
2006: MySQL server has gone away
SQL: SELECT `time` FROM `data` WHERE `file` = 'in/6208cc8/6208cc8.lzis' LIMIT 1
