Hi,
times are changeing and bandwith in the internet is growing. In my opinion video-chat with sound (operator to customer) could be the next logical step in live-chat. The xxx-segment shows that it works. Does somebody agree?

It depends, I think most users don't want/use it, it means a lot of stress for your operators and I don't see any real benefit. It's a plaything, not more not less ...

In some cases if it is appropriate given the option
course for which you want to use must be free of it
I think I can generate Extress but we evaluate this operator

In all honesty this would be a cool feature but I think it will make LiveZilla very heavy if used.

And I like the idea, it would be very interesting, unless it really become heavy to use....

We recently replaced the direct draw webcam part by a flash based one. The framerate is still at ~0.2 FPS (very low) but it would be easy to move forward to a real streaming video and audio solution based on flash. However this would require access to a flash media server (or one of the free alternatives).
Not sure if it's still interesting under this aspect.

We all know LiveZilla is the best Live help solution available. As an online dating service provider, I can just say that bidirectional video will prove extremely valuable for me, because this way I can verify my new signups. For example, when a new user sign up, i can have an interview with him or her to make sure it is not a scammer before I activate the profile on my site. As at the moment, you can turn webcam support on or off, so the same can be done with 2 way webcam support, it can be either turned on (used) or off (not used). I think if LiveZilla incorporate this mod, many many dating service providers will use it as their preferred live help solution. As things stand now, I am even willing to pay for this modification. Thx LiveZilla
