I am sorry if my post is duplicated
When a user directly open this link :

I can see his online status in my console, but generated chat script in other pages will not show any visitor in list
http://www.softpersi...pport/chat.html
but if I save this page in my pc and open it from my pc it will show the Local path in "Visitor Monitoring" and everything is ok !!!
My generated tracking code is here :
http://www.LiveZilla.net Tracking Code -->

Please let me know where is my mistake ?!

This is really strange, I am not sure if I can help you with that issue.
When you open chat.html on your local pc it works, but when you upload chat.html to your server it stops working? I can't believe that ... :shock:
Do you have another server where you can upload the chat.html to?

Well, I can see that your server returns HTTP 406 errors when trying to connect to the LiveZilla script. That indicates a problem with your server configuration, you will find some information on the net regarding this problem, this could be a good start:

I had this same problem, and I had to change hosting company (using JustHost now) for it to get resolved...
Livezilla staff would not help me also. :(
