I just updated my LiveZilla and all went well, except that there is no drop-down menu for Co_browse and invite to chat. What did I miss? If a visitor requests a chat, the chat and email messaging, send page, etc. seems to be OK, but how did I lose the CO-BROWSE, CHAT INVITE? :( Please Help!

Just right click the visitor on the bottom panel (VISITORS).

All visitors I have to invite manual. Is it possible that all visitors automatic invite to chat with me? Where is the option? Thanks!
