Live chat not working after update

Hello,
I have updated my livezilla server and client few weeks ago to the newest version, but unfortunately since then when the customer tries to start chat, the operator is not notified about it (it doesnt ring nor show notification). Worked properly before the update. Today I tried reinstallation but with no success, still the same problem. Operator is shown as Online and even offline message can be sent by the customer and subsequenly read by the operator, but live chat doesnt work, it doesnt notify the operator about the fact that the customer started the chat. Any possible solutions please?

1.) Please make sure that you use PHP 5 (it doesn't work properly with PHP 4)
2.) Remove all special chars from your operator / group ids & names
That should fix it.

Hello,
We are using PHP5 (PHP info) and also have deleted every diacritics and used only common letters where applicable. Unfortuntatelly still not working, if you have any other clues how we can probably fix it, we would be really thankful, if not, thank you anyway.

Hello,
I have the same problem. Tried everything you suggested. Nothing worked. Using PHP 5.2.17. Made a new installation with new configuration. Help! :o

But unfortunately since then when the customer tries to start chat, the operator is not notified about it (it doesnt ring nor show notification). Worked properly before the update. I also tried a reinstallation with a new config but with no success, still the same problem. Operator is shown as Online but live chat doesnt work, it doesnt notify the operator about the fact that the customer started the chat. It is a managed Server. So we are the only ones who use it. There were no changes to the system since the update to the last version. So the fault must be in the software. The only thing I think that might be worth mentioning is the content of the .htaccess file in the folder in which the livezilla folder is:

Based on the given information, we are not able to provide a general solution for and/or reproduce this problem.
Creating a solution requires FTP access to the affected LiveZilla Server Installation and to the MySQL database used by LiveZilla as well.
If that is appropriate for you, please send me the FTP login via private message and we will investigate as soon as possible.
