Hello, I hope I can help, thank you very much.
The problem is:

I installed LiveZilla Version 3.1.8.5, I have two accounts, one administrator and a normal user, normal user account is locked then, the error that shows me is:

Quote

Login Failed. This account is already logged in. Try Again.

Rustic solutions to solve the problem is to delete the account and re-create and otherwise try and try until I let them, but this does not solve the problem.

someone knows that the account that often blocks.

Thank you.

every time you use your normal user account, I thought it was to give out the menu without first giving the logout, which was being connected count, but I did give evidence and if disconnected exit without problems, could be a problem the pc where it is used?

Does it only happen on one computer using the "normal" account? Or on all computers?

In case it's reproducible, feel free to fill out this form and I will try to debug this problem directly on your webserver.

if done on a computer where the problem persists, so I thought it may be an isolated problem, thank you very much, I will verify everything and Top Up Form latter case, excuse the bad English but I am using a online translator.

this is not an isolated problem....... this HAPPENS if there are no user-inactivity timeouts bound to user logins.

i have the same problem and i am trying to find the record in mysql that marks the user logged in but there is no table "users".
or logins or whatever......

I tried all of the above. It did not work for me. Here is what I did for it to work.

1. Click CTL+ALT+DEL
2. Look under processes
3. Find LiveZilla.exe
4. End all the tasks associated with LiveZilla

Open up Livezilla and login :-)

Hope that helps.

Olá,

Para a mensagem: "Login Failed. This account is already logged in. Try Again."

Vai na tabela operators na base de dados do livezilla e atualize o campo first active para 1 e o campo last active para 1.

Espero ter ajudado!

Can't see any problem here. This indicates that someone else is logged in with the same acount.

You can delete the regarding session entries from the MySQL database (table "operators").

You can also wait for the session to timeout.

That's strange.

If you close the client and delete all entries and wait a minute or two, will the entry be recreated even when you don't try to login?

What's the login ID of the entry? Is it changing or blank when you are signed on?

After removing the entry its recreating after some seconds, id = dd5822a the login_id = 00-14-22-36-6F-861, its not blank before and after login in to lz client.

Thats the MAC address of the client computer. Please compare it with the MAC address used by the internet gateway.
