Why? Because this software is world leading in its field and I am furious you took so long to build it :lol:

I would just like to thank you guys for this awesome piece of work - You far outstrip other solutions both paid and free with your features, set up features and cosmetics

One thing I would like to see is the chat window pop up when I reply is sent to me as a chat operator

I know there is a sound but I don't always have my sound on to tell me there is a reply :(

Hi Mark,

popping up windows is dangerous. Imagine you are writing an email and the LiveZilla window pops up and steals you the focus from your email window. Then you will become really angry, don't you think? :)

For that reason we implemented the notification window, maybe you deactivated it?
