When I click on Live Chat on my website to test it, there is an error message showing
Important Hint
This service is not available. We are sorry for any inconveniences.
Please advice me the nature of this error and if it has to do anything from my side.

Hello Viru,
this indicates that there is a filter that blocks your IP. Please delete all filters and try again.

hmmm how about in the chat window for visitors,
well my website have a flash embedded banner. when i tested it.
1. i invited the visitor
2. visitor live chat window appears / appeared
********* chat window covered with my flash banner ************
is there any way to solve this??? i don't want to change my flash banner...
but if there's no other way but to change my banner.....whew :o :cry:
