Wondering if I can add a URI based filter or hide groups/departments on tracking code.
example.
Dept A no tracking code on Dept A's pages.
Dept B tracking code present on Dept B pages.
Visitor to Dept A page. no visits are seen/tracked unless visitor initiates chat (great - this works as expected)
Visotor to Dept B page. visitor is seen by both Dept A and Dept B
I would like user in Group = Dept A "not" see visitor tracking from Dept B. is this possible?
If this is not possible. Is it possible to install multiple instances/server in one domain? one database?
If I could just filter that tracking code.....
Filters or URL Param for Tracking Code?

sorry, I had the filter when 'not' backwards so I was filtering out my own domain. Thanks for the fast response to a dumb ost.

I'm testing filtering with a "multi-domain" configuration but it's not working as expected.
My intent is to have GroupA that see only the www.domain1.com visitors and GroupB that see only the www.domain2.com visitors.
If I set a filter in GroupA that states "Filter visitors when URL contains NOT *.domain1.*", they didn't see any visitor.
The same for GroupB.
What's my fault?
Thanks

Which LiveZilla version do you use?

I'm using 4.0.1.2.
After trying different pattern I found it works entering "domain1" and "domain" without wildcards

The visitor filters don't accept wildcards, I can confirm that.
