Hi - I see on http://www.livezilla.net/faq/?id=34#34 that incoming chat requests are assigned to a random logged-in user/agent. I have 2 questions:
1) If the agent does not respond, will the request the proceed to another agent?
2) Is there a way for the request to be sent to ALL logged in agents until some one accepts the chat request?
