I have analyzed your website once again and I found out that the LiveZilla Chat Button / Tracking code has been modified (by nuke?). It's html encoded (& becomes &) and that won't work.

The product is perfect but I am fasing the same problem.
The visitors are not tracked. If they press the live support button then they are shown in the client application.
The web site is based on joomla 1.5.x the url is http://www.storagevault.eu/cms
Can you please help me on this?

I have encountered tracking visitors after upgrading
I updated from 8.1.3 to 8.1.4 and then generated the code
and then put the code into the website

Select XHTML when generating the button script and embed the code correctly. Don't remove line breaks!

Hi There
I've just started a new site zen-cart vers: v1.3.9 and installed livezilla free version 3.3.2.0 to test. I'm unable to track visitors.
When I start a test chat it goes fine (visitor appear - me).
I read all the posts here and already try everything in the FAQ sugested but still have the same problem. Already tryed java script, html, xhtml in the link generator....nothing seans to work.
Can anybody help me please?

I am having a simular problem. I have triple checked to make sure the tracking code is there. What I have done is changed my URL from http://nilandsplace....ore/camping_eng to a shorter URL without the eng. the website is redone mirror copy of the old website. the funny thing is I can track http://nilandsplace.com/store-back/ and the location and code are identical. I will not paste the code here as I have had trouble with sites coping my code and then I get tracking on thire sites. I don't get why it whould work on other peoples and not my own?
