Subject Line blank in email from LiveZilla

We have configured the email setting in LiveZilla server so that at the end of every chat support, we will receive email from the LiveZilla. But the problem is that the Subject Line in email which is received from LiveZilla is blank (as shown in attachment).
Is there any way to configure the "Subject" for email. Please help.... :(

Thanks for your update.
I changed the subject line as shown in attachment on all the support team LiveZilla client, but still i am receiving emails without subject line. what may be the problem??????
