First of all, i have to say, this live chat is awesome, the best i have used so far, and i had used many.

I want to know how can I reset visitor data (name, email n company) after the user left the live chat.

Actually I only need to reset the company value, because I want to pass one data with that field to the operator.

I already have spent some hours trying that, but I`m stuck.

Please, any help will be very appreciated.

The information is stored in the visitors cookie, unfortunetely it's not possible to change that value from operator side at this time.

Does the feature to reset visitor cookies have been added ? I would like to buy the Unlimited Operators plan, but before I MUST be sure I can do this.... I must track all information from all visitor ( from my member section when they are log-in) And must of my user will be in a school , so many different user will be on the same pc = same cookie and same information. So...it is possible to reset cookie information for name, firstname and email ????? Thx !
