Hello everyone,

i have successfully installed and tested this brilliant software everything is fine just a lack of mac or web based client anyway this is great :)

i need help on a couple of things:

1. I want to rename "Your Name" to "Describe your problem".
2. Hide or remove "Company" and "Department" field.
