I see 1 problem. when I login using same Login ID on multiple PC (for example Home & Office), messages are not getting archive.
Home (7PM To 11PM) Chat Archive is not getting update at Office (8AM to 7PM) but Office is getting update at Home.
Few thing I noted:
-2- SQL is getting updated.
-3- When I delete client side database so that all the archive gets download - Worked, but can not do it every day.
please advice... It should sync on both my Home PC and Office PC
Thanks
Archive no updateing on Client when using multiple PC

Aside from the broken english - that answered my question but I do not understand why an archive doesn't work for 2 computers using the same userID as if it is from the server then shouldn't it look for the last date you have on a particular machine and update those chats that are missing?
this would help especially helpful in recalling a chat you had on your laptop at night and the customer comes back the next day and you are on your desktop.
I GUESS I could create duplicate IDs for my 2 that I control but I'd have to get the admin on the 3rd to create a duplicate for my laptop.
I really think this would unnecissarily bloat a server database of someone who has many operators that use 2 or even 3 computers on a regular basis in order to get a BIG picture of ALL chats they have had.
But for the logs that I have now it is too late anyways. as the sync would not update everything.
multiPC-sync(future feature maybe?)

However, I can understand that using the same account for home and office would be a nice so I think we will discuss this issue internally again.
